Welcome to the 2024 NC140 Annual Meeting!
We are excited to host you in beautiful Santa Fe. Tuesday, Nov. 5 and Friday, Nov. 8 are travel days. Come early if you want to explore Santa Fe and surrounding areas. The hotel provides shoulder nights for this event. You can come 1-2 days early or leave 1-2 days after the meeting with the same room rate. A complimentary hot breakfast is provided in the morning.
You can book your flight to ABQ Sunport or SAF Airport. From ABQ Sunport to Santa Fe is around 1 hour drive. Groome Transportation serves from ABQ Sunport to Santa Fe. The hotel has a free shuttle to the SAF airport.
The NC140 annual meeting begins Weds. morning at 8:00 AM, Nov. 6 and ends on Nov. 7 at 7:30 PM. Lodging and meeting rooms are at the Double Tree by Hilton, Santa Fe. Please see the Double Tree by Hilton for lodging reservation with code NC1. Deadline for discounted room rates is Oct. 15.
